- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup onions chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 pepper
- 4 tablespoons chili sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2/3 cup sour cream
- 16 ounces egg noodles
This recipe makes 4 servings.
1. In a skillet, cook beef and onion in
butter until meat is no longer pink.
2. Stir in mushrooms, flour, garlic, salt
and pepper. Cook and stir for 5 minutes.
3. Add chili sauce and Worcestershire sauce.
Reduce heat and cook uncovered for 10
minutes.
4. Stir in sour cream just before serving.
Heat through - do not boil. Serve over
noodles.
