- 1 broiler-fryer chicken cut in
pieces (approx. 3 pounds)
- 1 pound red potatoes cut in chunks
- 1/2 cup Italian salad dressing
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
This recipe makes 4 servings.
Place chicken in a greased 13x9 inch baking
dish. Arrange potatoes around chicken.
Drizzle with dressing, Sprinkle with
Italian Seasoning and Parmesan Cheese.
Cover and bake at 400 degrees for 20
minutes. Uncover and bake 20-30 minutes
longer or until potatoes are tender and
chicken juices run clear.
