- 2 pounds chicken breasts, boneless,
skinless
- 3 tablespoons margarine or butter,
melted
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup Italian style bread crumbs
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
This recipe makes 4 servings.
Cut chicken into 1” chunks. In a 1-quart
freezer bag, mix melted margarine and
Worcestershire sauce. Add chicken. In
another freezer bag, mix the bread crumbs
and parmesan cheese. Attach the two bags
together with tape, label, and freeze.
To serve, thaw chicken. Preheat oven to 450F
and coat a baking sheet with non-stick
cooking spray. Remove thawed chicken pieces
from marinade. Toss them into the bread
crumb bag, a few at a time. Shake the bag to
coat. Place on prepared baking sheet. Bake
at 450F for 7-9 minutes or until no longer
pink in the center.
