So you want to make a donation?

Readers sometimes ask me how to contribute financially to the maintenance of my websites.  In order to make it easy I have provided a donation button through PayPal. 

I do not want anyone to feel obligated to donate to this site.  The Lord has provided thus far, and I trust that He will continue to do so. 

One of the main purposes of this site is to help folks through difficult financial times.  For this reason, asking for money from readers with challenging economic situations seems to me like trying to get milk from a bull. It's just not the right way to handle the situation.

On the other hand, some readers have weathered financial distress and come out on the other side with their dignity and sanity in tact. Many people have written to tell me what a blessing my site was, especially when their budget was at it's smallest.  In addition these families often express a desire to keep the site up and running for other families who may be going through hard times of their own.   

Donations contribute to the maintenance and upkeep of the Hillbilly Housewife websites  and allow them to remain current and available for many long years in the future. Thank-you.
