Turkey loaf
Makes 4 servings
- 2 pounds ground turkey, uncooked
- 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs, soft
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 onion, minced
- 1 teaspoon horseradish
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup evaporated milk
Mix all ingredients and form into a 7-inch round loaf. Place in bottom of crockpot. Cover and cook on LOW for 5-6 hours.
