Rice Cake Recipe
I would love to find a copy of the Rice Cake (or Rice Pancake) recipe from The Detroit Times Cookbook (circa 1933-1936). Cheryl
From The Hillbilly Housewife While I’m not familiar with that particular recipe, but I have a delicious rice pancake one. Let me know if that’s similar to the one you’re looking for or not. I’d also like to put out a call to HBHW readers. Any thoughts on what recipe this could be?
