Pressure Canning Brown Rice
Because brown rice takes so long to cook, I would like to know if anyone has a recipe to can the rice. I would like to have some ready to use in my pantry for my family and dog food that I make. I would think pints or half pints would be best but wonder about pounds of pressure and processing time. Recipe or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
