Old Recipe For Blackberry Cobbler
When I was young, my grandmother used to make a blackberry cobbler…I recall she would put blackberries in a pot…cook 'em down and make the crust. However, the crust seemed to be in layers.. I recall her putting the dough in the pot then adding a cup of water.
Does anyone out there have a grandmother who made this type of cobbler? Wish I had paid closer attention all those years ago, but at the time, all I was concerned about was eating! 🙂
