Homemade Pancake Mix

Dry Ingredients:

  • 2 cups dry buttermilk powder
  • 8 cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ cups sugar
  • 8 tsp baking powder
  • 4 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp salt

Mix all ingredients together and pour into an airtight container. Store in a cool,dry place. Keeps for about 6 months.

Recipe:

  • 1 ½ cup pancake mix
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 cup water

Mix all ingredients. Makes about 10-4”pancakes.

*Tip: You can add fresh blueberries, chocolate chips, bananas, pecans, or just about anything you like to these
pancakes.
