Free Printables For Meal Planning
Over the past few months I haven’t been as diligent as I used to be about planning our dinners ahead of time. I’ve gotten busy, or at least that’s what I’m telling myself to justify the fact that I stopped making out a weekly meal plan. Of course that’s not true. Planning ahead actually saves you time. To get inspired and look forward to figuring out what we’ll have for dinner going forward, I created some pretty PDFs. Originally I created these files for myself, but then I thought, why not share them. I figured you may like to download these free printables for meal planning and use them yourself.
If you’re new to meal planning, you may want to take a moment to read this meal planning article. I cover the practice of planning your meals ahead of time in great detail.
I ended up making two different planners. A weekly and a monthly one. The monthly plan helps me stay organized, while the weekly plan has enough room to plan breakfast and lunches as well, and there’s room to make a note of what recipes I need to look up.
Free Weekly Meal Planner
Here is the weekly meal planner worksheet. You can download it here. This is a PDF file. Print it as often as you’d like and use a pen or pencil to fill it out each week. You could also have it laminated and then use a dry erase pen to make out your weekly meal plan.
Free Monthly Meal Planner
Here’s the monthly meal planning worksheet. You can download it here. This is a PDF file. Print a new one each month and get a head start on your meal plan. This makes it easy to note any days you know you don’t need to cook. It also helps you spot trends in your dinner plans.
