Peanut Butter Cookies

Here's a recipe that has helped me out of many a pickle. Very economical also.

Peanut Butter Cookies

Yields 24-30

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg (medium)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all ingredients very well in a bowl.
Scoop up a tablespoon or so of batter and form into a ball.
Place on cookie sheet.
Keep on doing so using another cookie sheet when first is full.
These cannot be put on a warm cookie sheet.
Press with fork now or place a chocolate kiss in each one when they come out of the oven.

Bake for 15 minutes.

Just made these for a bake sale at our church. They are so easy and good.
