- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- Dash Worcestershire Sauce or Tabasco

- 1 sleeve saltine crackers
In a smallish bowl combine the cheese,
mayonnaise and sauce of choice. Mash it
together pretty well, but it will remain
lumpy. Arrange the saltines on a cookie
sheet. Place small spoonfuls of the cheese
filling on each cracker. Broil the crackers,
close to the heat until the cheese melts,
and puffs up quite a bit. This shouldn't
take any more than 2 or 3 minutes with a
preheated broiler. Be careful not to burn
these, as it can happen in the blink of an
eye. Serve to hungry snackers; they will be
thankful.
