- 8 slices pumpernickel bread, cut in
half
- Lettuce leaves
- 12 ounces deli sliced turkey
- 2 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 2 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat thousand island
salad dressing
- Whole ripe olives
Top 4 bread halves with one-fourth of the
lettuce, turkey, tomatoes, eggs and
dressing. Garnish with olives. Repeat with
remaining ingredients.
