- 3 cups mixed vegetables frozen
- 1 7/8-ounce package béarnaise sauce
mix *
- Cold tap water
- Butter or margarine
- 2 1/2 cups ham cubed cooked (about 1
lb.)
- 1/4 cup seasoned stuffing mix
- Black pepper
Start by preheating your oven to 375°. Cook
vegetables according to package directions;
drain and set aside. When I'm short on time,
I simply microwave them in a microwave safe
dish with a little water until they are
tender.
Prepare béarnaise sauce according to package
directions, substituting water for the milk.
In a 1 1/2 -quart casserole, mix ham,
drained vegetables, and sauce until blended.
Sprinkle with stuffing mix and pepper.
Bake 15 minutes or until heated through.

mixes, look in the specialty food section of
your supermarket
