Salisbury Steak |
Get out a mixing bowl and put all of the
ingredients in it. Use your hands to mix
everything up like a meatloaf. It is pretty
gooey, but try not to notice. Get out a
broiling pan, or a pizza pan, or a handy 9"
by 13" rectangular pan. Shape the meat into
a large thick oval shape on the broiler (or
other) pan. It should vaguely resemble a
thick round steak. Preheat your broiler and
broil the steak for about 10 minutes on the
first side and 5 minutes on the second side.
This should cook it all the way through. |
