Creamy Fruit Dip |
Soften up the cream cheese or yogurt
cheese in a summer time kitchen on the
counter, or in the microwave for a few
seconds. Measure the milk into the cream
cheese. I use 1/4 cup (4 tablespoons)
because I like it a little on the thinner
side. Use 3 tablespoons if you like your dip
thicker. Add the vanilla and powdered sugar.
Beat everything together until it is smooth.
Electric beaters do this well, but a whisk
works pretty well too. Now the dip is done. |
