- 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 cup concentrated apple juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
In a small pan, over low heat, combine all
of the ingredients. Simmer briskly for 5
minutes, or until thickened. Be careful not
to burn it. Serve hot on pancakes or
waffles. Makes 2 servings. Recipe is easily
doubled or tripled.
